Saved career information and optional product analytics.

Application Career Plan

When you save an action, we store its wording, reason, finish condition, work notes and application source context. Each explicit change keeps a saved version so you can inspect earlier work.

Suggestions run only when you request one. Relevant saved application information and your optional concern are sent to our configured AI provider to prepare an editable suggestion. If no confirmed preparation or available saved application resume supplies personal context, we use relevant details from your completed profile and label them as profile information. A suggestion is not saved as your chosen action until you save it. If you save it, its original wording, cited passages, concern, generation details and later edits remain in its history.

Archiving preserves actions and versions. Explicitly deleting the application or your account removes its Career Plan actions and versions. Keep private information out of work notes unless it is needed for your application.

Optional product analytics

With your permission, we use PostHog to measure pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, active time, and progress through product workflows. Masked session recordings help us understand where the interface is confusing.

We hide form values and page text in recordings, block document previews and images, and exclude URL query strings, network bodies, and console logs. If you sign in, events are associated with your internal account ID. We do not send your email address or name as analytics profile properties.

Analytics identifiers and your choice are stored in your browser. PostHog Cloud processes analytics in the United States or European Union, depending on our project region. Declining does not prevent you from using UpConext. Changing your choice stops future collection; it does not delete previously collected events.
